Import/Export License
In Pakistan there is no separate paper "import/export licence" that you buy from a ministry. What people mean by an import/export licence today is being registered as a trader on the Pakistan Single Window (PSW) — because without that, customs will not let your goods move. PSW is a digital trade facilitation platform that lets businesses submit customs documents, approvals, and payments electronically through one online system. It was developed by PRAL (Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited) under FBR, and it replaced the older WeBOC-only workflow by connecting FBR, Customs, SBP, SECP and other departments in one place.
