Our Service lets clients view their orders, tasks, and invoices, place new orders, and securely upload documents required for tax, corporate, registration, and compliance work.

- Business & profile details — company name, CNIC/NTN or other registration numbers, business address, and contact details needed to deliver our services.
- Orders & requests — the services you order, related notes, and communications with our team.
- Documents you upload — files such as identity documents, financial records, tax documents, and other paperwork you submit to complete a service.
- Payment & invoice information — invoices issued to you and records of payments. Card or bank details, where applicable, are processed by third-party payment providers and are not stored by us.

- Device & usage data — device type, operating system, app version, and basic log information used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Diagnostics — crash and performance data that help us fix problems and keep the app stable.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or files other than the documents you choose to upload for your orders.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
- To process your orders, complete the services you request, and manage related tasks.
- To receive, review, and act on documents you upload.
- To generate and share invoices and keep records of your transactions.

- Within Brand Experts — with authorized staff who handle your orders, tasks, and documents.

- Government & regulatory authorities — where required to deliver a service you requested (for example, filing with tax or corporate authorities) or to comply with the law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and restricted access to documents on a need-to-know basis. We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain records (such as invoices and documents related to completed filings) for longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory purposes. - Access & update — you can view and update your profile details from within the app.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
